A story of a little giraffe

 So I would have posted halloween pictures sooner- but I shattered my iphone screen on Thursday morning- which led to me trying to download all my pics- so I could use apple care and get my phone back to working order- which lead to the fact that our macbook is so old it really isn't compatible with my phone- plus we had no free memory- (WOW this phone screen thing turned into a rabbit hole) HOWEVER- our friend Eric came to the rescue, installed new memory, updated our operating system- and thus here are the halloween pics downloaded from my (still very broken) iphone. 

So if I learned something about halloween- it is that you should let your kid choose their own costume- I think when we were choosing Emmaus probably liked the puppy outfit better- but I liked the giraffe-so we got the giraffe- PARENTING FAIL.

So here is a story about our little giraffe.

Sometimes giraffes like to pout. 

Sometimes giraffes are angry.

Giraffe's friend super girl is scared of her. 

And super girl will try with all her super powers to get giraffe away from her. All while crying in her super secret super girl language. (giraffe was also sad) (giraffe's mama and super girls mama may be cracking up instead of comforting their sad & terrified children)




If Giraffe loses the hood- and just becomes a cute child in a furry shirt- everyone seems to be happy.  (except the giraffe's mama who never did get a great picture of the giraffe with the hood on)

Next year little giraffe- you can choose the costume.
